We offer standard doorstep delivery within 3-5 business days for a flat rate of $5, or free delivery on all orders above $80. Express next-day delivery is also available at checkout.
How do I ensure I pick the right size for my fashion items?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements against your own or a similar garment you already own for the perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate wear are non-returnable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Hopla Singapore accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and local mobile payment options including PayNow and GrabPay.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
