Log into your Hopla account and select the order you wish to return to initiate a request and receive your Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Collection
Choose between dropping your package at any authorized NinjaVan point or scheduling a home collection through our logistics portal.
Verification and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
